NEW: Honoring Our Elders with a Special Registration Fee Waiver!

Dear Family,

As we prepare for another unforgettable family reunion this July, we are thrilled to announce a heartfelt new policy designed to honor and celebrate the pillars of our family-our elders. This year, for the first time ever, eligible family elders can have their reunion registration fee completely waived!

Why This Change?

Our family reunions are built on the love, wisdom, and traditions passed down by our elders. Their presence is what makes our gatherings truly special. We want to make it easier for them to join us, share their stories, and continue to inspire new generations.

Who Qualifies?

To ensure this benefit reaches those who have been active participants in our family’s legacy, elders must meet the following criteria:

• Attended at least 2 of the last 5 family reunions

• Will be at least 89 years old by the date of this year’s reunion

• Accompanied by at least one paid adult registration

• Must submit registration by June 15th

If you or a beloved elder in your family meets these requirements, we warmly invite you to take advantage of this new opportunity!

How to Apply

When registering for the reunion, simply indicate that you (or your family member) qualify for the elder fee waiver. Our planning committee will confirm eligibility and handle the rest.
